I want to observe my body changing through diet and exercise for at least 1 full year. In Fall 2014 I had a trainer for a year. I was the most fit I had ever been. But then I stopped working out another year. I want to grow old and as healthy as possible so I’m starting up again. Since I’m in Buffalo, NY at the moment, there aren’t many convenient gyms (considering I rather take a train than drive lol who likes the NYC MTA? Me…), I will instead purchase some gym equipment including a treadmill so I can work out whenever I’m free daily. Will be updating diets and exercise routines in my Friday Fitness posts (starting December 30, 2016) but images of myself, the last Friday of each month, here. Feel free to follow both.
